Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel in a couple of clicks using the “Manage my subscription” link in any of our emails, or from your account page. No phone calls, no questions required.

During your free trial

If you cancel before your 7 free nights are over, you won't be charged at all. Stories continue until the trial ends.

After your trial

• Monthly plan: when you cancel, stories continue until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• Yearly plan: when you cancel, stories continue until the end of the year you've already paid for, and the plan won't renew.

Refunds

[OWNER TO CONFIRM] Forgot to cancel? If you email us within 7 days of a charge and haven't been using the stories, we'll refund that charge in full. Otherwise, payments are not refundable for partial months or years, but you keep your stories until the end of the period you paid for.

If something went wrong on our side (for example, stories stopped arriving), please tell us and we'll make it right.

Coming back

You're always welcome back. Your children pick up right where they left off. (The free trial is for new families only.)
